Crusade Outreach & Evangelism in Uganda, Burkina Faso, and Tanzania 2025
“Empowered by the Holy Spirit and driven by the Great Commission, our mission for 2025 is to take the life-transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Nations of Africa. Through large-scale crusades and evangelistic outreach in Kampala & Entebbe (Uganda), Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), and Arusha (Tanzania), we are committed to proclaiming the name of Jesus to 100,000 individuals throughout these great countries in Africa. Our vision is to ignite a wildfire of faith in these new believers empowering them to tell 10 neighbors, friends and or family members their testimony to bring a tenfold harvest of 1,000,000 souls to Jesus Christ to the nations of Africa (Revelation 12:11). We go in faith, love, and power—trusting God for signs, wonders, and transformed lives as we advance His Kingdom and fulfill the call to make disciples of all nations.

Overview
Our goal is to reach and share the Gospel with 100,000 individuals in Africa over the course of a few weeks that we are there in each city this year.
To accomplish this, we are organizing a few strategically timed and placed mission trips that will include multi-church cooperation, large-scale crusades, personal evangelism, street ministry, all night prayer and worship gatherings, baptism tanks, feeding the masses & orphans – widows, well digging and the distribution of Bibles and Christian materials. We are seeking to raise $25,000 in sponsorship by July 30th, for our first leg to Uganda to help cover some travel expenses, ministry resources, flyers, radio, orphanage chicken farms, two wells and the logistical costs necessary to carry out this vital work.
Mission Dates:
Dates: Morning of August 5th 2025 fly to Uganda, Arrive on the August 7th – leave Aust 19th,
Morning of November 8th 2025 fly into Burkina Faso. Arrive November 9th, crusade 13th – 15th
Evening of November 16th fly to Tanzania from Burkina Faso. Arrive on November 16th, Crusade 18th – 20th, Fly home 23rd of November.
Mission Objectives:
- Entebbe, Uganda: Evangelize to 1,000’s + individuals to achieve a harvest of the 1,000,000 soul’s vision.
- Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso: Evangelize to 1,000’s+ individuals to achieve a harvest of the 1,000,000 soul’s vision.
- Arusha City, Tanzania: Evangelize 1,000’s+ individuals to achieve a harvest of 1,000,000 souls.
Demographics of Non-Christians in Target Regions:
- Uganda:
- Religious Composition: The 2014 census indicates that 82% of Ugandans identify as Christian, with Roman Catholics comprising 39% and Anglicans 32%. Muslims account for about 14% of the population, while the remaining 4% adhere to other religions or hold no religious affiliation.
- Target Audience: Our mission will focus on the 18% of the population who are non-Christian, primarily Muslims and individuals practicing indigenous beliefs or other religions.
- Burkina Faso:
- Religious Composition: According to the 2019 census, approximately 63.8% of Burkina Faso's population practices Islam, predominantly Sunni. Christians make up about 26.3% of the population, with 20.1% being Roman Catholic and 6.2% Protestant. Additionally, 9.0% adhere to traditional indigenous beliefs.
- Target Audience: Our primary focus will be on engaging with the Muslim majority and those practicing traditional indigenous beliefs, who together constitute approximately 72.8% of the population.
- Tanzania:
- Religious Composition: Estimates suggest that Christians and Muslims each make up about 30-40% of Tanzania's population, with the remainder practicing traditional indigenous religions or other faiths.
- Target Audience: We aim to reach out to the non-Christian segment, which includes approximately 60-70% of the population, focusing on Muslims and practitioners of indigenous beliefs.
- Community Engagement: Fellowship and planning with local churches, city council & government agencies, organize community events, promote the crusades (flyers, radio, tv, Facebook, media, local churches, local businesses), choose suitable venues, organize Crusades & nightly prayer / worship ministries, church unity workshops, and outreaches to foster relationships and open dialogues about faith.
- Partnerships: Assemble a core team in each region, assemble pray ministry teams and intercessors for each region. We have hungry believers & missionaries from the USA committed to go, from pastors, worship leaders, evangelists, prophets, teachers, hungry believers. We have over 100+ pastors & leaders on the ground in each country ready to serve, with multiple churches from different denominations in each country or region on the ground who have begun to Collaborate with us, each other, and the other local churches and organizations to effectively communicate the vision and the message for 100,000 Salvations in each region for 2025.
- Resource Distribution: Daily Preaching the Gospel, community evangelism, radio broadcast during crusades, provide Bibles, salvation literature, discipleship and other resources in local languages to aid in spreading the Gospel and inviting people to the event.
- Follow-Up: Establish support systems for new believers amongst the local churches, including discipleship programs and assimilation into local church communities.

Many of these regions are 99.9% Muslim and have never heard the name of Jesus or the Gospel message. Until just a year ago, several of these areas were controlled by terrorists—so violent and hostile that even locals couldn’t travel there for fear of being killed or taken hostage. Now, doors are opening. The spiritual climate is shifting. Local believers are rising-up, eager to carry the Gospel to their own people. Even government leaders are extending support. This is a divine window of opportunity—and together, we can help bring the light of Christ into some of the darkest places on earth.
We are committed to providing regular updates and reports on the mission's progress and outcomes. To achieve these ambitious goals, we are seeking financial support to help cover expenses related to air travel, van rentals, housing accommodations, event organization, crusade platforms, sound equipment, PA systems, tents, food for the events (we feed the masses at these crusades, for some it’s there only meal in days), security, lighting, generators, resource materials, and other logistical needs. Dear Church Leadership,
I hope this letter finds you well and blessed. I am writing to share an incredible opportunity for crusade outreach and evangelism in Uganda, Burkina Faso, and Tanzania for the 2025 year and to humbly seek the church’s support in making this vision a reality.
I am writing to seek your support and sponsorship and an opportunity for an upcoming mission trip aimed at evangelizing in three key cities across Africa over a three-week period: 1st Stop; Kampala & Entebbe in Uganda, 2nd Stop; Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, and 3rd Stop; Arusha City in Tanzania.
Our goal is to reach and share the Gospel with 100,000 individuals in each country, over the course of a few weeks that we are in each country. Our vision is to see 100,000 new Christians come to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, with the hope of these 100,000 new Christians evangelizing to 10 friends and family members their testimony to bring a tenfold harvest of 1,000,000 souls to Christ in each region. (Rev 12:11)
To accomplish this, we are organizing three mission trips over the course of the next 9 months that will include multi-church cooperation, large-scale crusades, personal evangelism, street ministry, all night prayer and worship gatherings, baptism tanks, feeding the masses & orphans - widows, and the distribution of Bibles and Christian materials. We are seeking sponsorship to help cover travel expenses, ministry resources, and the logistical costs necessary to carry out this vital work.

Mission Objectives:
- Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso: Evangelize 100,000+ individuals to achieve a harvest of 100,000 souls. That these new believers can help evangelize and reach 1,000,000 souls.
- Entebbe, Uganda: Evangelize 100,000+ individuals to achieve a harvest of 100,000 souls. That these new believers can help evangelize and reach 1,000,000 souls.
- Arusha City, Tanzania: Evangelize 100,000+ individuals to achieve a harvest of 100,000 souls. That these new believers can help evangelize and reach 1,000,000 souls.
Demographics of Non-Christians in Target Regions:
Burkina Faso:
- Religious Composition: According to the 2019 census, approximately 63.8% of Burkina Faso's population practices Islam, predominantly Sunni. Christians make up about 26.3% of the population, with 20.1% being Roman Catholic and 6.2% Protestant. Additionally, 9.0% adhere to traditional indigenous beliefs.
- Target Audience: Our primary focus will be on engaging with the Muslim majority and those practicing traditional indigenous beliefs, who together constitute approximately 72.8% of the population.
Uganda:
- Religious Composition: The 2014 census indicates that 82% of Ugandans identify as Christian, with Roman Catholics comprising 39% and Anglicans 32%. Muslims account for about 14% of the population, while the remaining 4% adhere to other religions or hold no religious affiliation.
- Target Audience: Our mission will focus on the 18% of the population who are non-Christian, primarily Muslims and individuals practicing indigenous beliefs or other religions.
Tanzania:
- Religious Composition: Estimates suggest that Christians and Muslims each make up about 30-40% of Tanzania's population, with the remainder practicing traditional indigenous religions or other faiths.
- Target Audience: We aim to reach out to the non-Christian segment, which includes approximately 60-70% of the population, focusing on Muslims and practitioners of indigenous beliefs.
Mission Strategy:
- Community Engagement: Fellowship and planning with local churches, city council & government agencies, organize community events, promote the crusades (flyers, radio, tv, Facebook, media, local churches, local businesses), choose suitable venues, organize Crusades & nightly prayer / worship ministries, church unity workshops, and outreaches to foster relationships and open dialogues about faith.
- Partnerships: Assemble a core team in each region, assemble pray ministry teams and intercessors for each region. We have hungry believers & missionaries from the USA committed to go, from pastors, worship leaders, evangelists, prophets, teachers, hungry believers. We have over 100+ pastors & leaders on the ground in each country ready to serve, with multiple churches from different denominations in each country or region on the ground who have begun to Collaborate with us, each other, and the other local churches and organizations to effectively communicate the vision and the message for 100,000 Salvations in each region for 2025.
- Resource Distribution: Daily Preaching the Gospel, community evangelism, radio broadcast during crusades, provide Bibles, salvation literature, and other resources in local languages to aid in spreading the Gospel and inviting people to the event.
- Follow-Up: Establish support systems for new believers amongst the local churches, including discipleship programs and integration into local church communities.

We believe that with your Prayer, Volunteering, and Partnership, we can make a profound impact in these communities and further the Kingdom of God, Jesus is Coming Soon! Some of these communities are 99.9% Muslim and they have never heard the Gospel Preached or about Jesus Christ. Up until a year ago, some of these areas were so violent and hostile, ran by terrorists, inaccessible to travel even by the locals, due to the violence and control in these areas, and fear of being killed or taken hostage. A lot of these areas are now opening, and many locals are ready to spread the gospel to the lost. The government is ready to help.
We are committed to providing regular updates and reports on the mission's progress and outcomes. To achieve these ambitious goals, we are seeking financial support to help cover expenses related to air travel, van rentals, housing accommodations, event organization, crusade platforms, sound equipment, PA systems, tents, food for the events (we feed the masses at these crusades, for some it’s there only meal in days), security, lighting, generators, resource materials, and other logistical needs. Your sponsorship will play a crucial role in enabling us to bring the message of Christ to these regions and achieve a significant harvest of souls in these last days.

We are asking God to release Holy Fire 
in the hearts of this rising generation in areas of purity, wholeness, deliverance, freedom, intimacy and revelation of Gods Goodness for his people.
We are praying that, on August 4th – 11th, 50,000 + young adults, young pastors, and young married couples across the nation will be inspired, equipped and unleashed to spread the hope, glory and love of Jesus Christ across the nation of Uganda!
We are believing God that these young adults can impact a nation. If one can put a thousand to flight, and two 10,000, how much more can God do! We are begging God for something more than just another event or crusade. We are asking for a movement…a spiritual awakening and expansion of his kingdom of Biblical proportions to take a nation by fire.
When you volunteer with Open Heaven’s SOZO, you have the opportunity to engage in service ministries, daily projects and outreaches, that have a lasting impact on you, the local residents and communities that we are sent to impact.
Service ministries include but not limited to, praying for the sick to recover, Inner Healing, casting out demons, intercession during service, ministering to those who are emotionally, physically and spiritually broken, praying for marriages, daily devotionals, and prophesying, fun and games with the local community.
This ministry of inner healing and deliverance is not an end in itself but a means for effective healing, discipleship, training, freedom, and releasing destiny in someone’s life. We desire to see people restored and able to disciple nations through these conferences.
From organizing service projects to helping lead Jesus-centered outreaches that sparks deep conversations and daily encounters, our mission trips are designed to help youth, young adults and adults grow in their relationship with Jesus in family, community and their daily lives.
